Build out the repo as a curated, public-facing knowledge base for the
AI company behind Paracraft and KeepWork. Designed for HR agents,
candidates, partners, and educators who want to understand what we
build, why we build it, and how we work.

Scope: products, technology, education impact, awards, team & culture,
careers. Deliberately excludes legal-representative, registered-capital,
valuation, fundraising, and other 工商 / financial details — those belong
in official public records, not in a candidate-facing introduction.
